Full-Stack Software Engineer, Front End Focus

Job Summary

Salesforce is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a Front-End Focus to shape the technological landscape of communication platforms. The role involves contributing to planet-scale cloud services and creating captivating user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, service administration, email creation, scheduling, processing, and delivery.
• Mentor and provide support in development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests.
• Operate the service as an owner through telemetry, monitoring, and analytics.
• Release high-quality features on time and meet functional, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Provide support for email services in the public cloud and dedicated data centers.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience in designing, developing, and shipping high-quality large-scale services in distributed environments.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#/.NET, Ruby, and Python.
• Experience with a range of front-end and back-end technologies, including ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay/GraphQL, ReactNative, Ember.js, Node.js, ASP.net, and MVC.
• Proficiency in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and Spinnaker.
• Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of Email Marketing, email RFC standards, security standards, and using Splunk for log and data analysis.
